Raw Spirit Santa Barbara was the best ever! It was like living in a magical village of only raw foodists for 3 days. So much fun to be able to buy every meal as well...the food was amazing...the people were inspiring ...and the vibe was all love! We spoke with Happy Oasis about bringing Raw Spirit to Australia as well...so look out for it in Byron Bay in the next year or so. :-)

hey i just checked out that site for the raw chef....will have to go to one of her classes, reallllllllllly wanting to learn how to make raw food aye, as much as i love fruit and green smoothies, sometimes ya just want something else aye...definitely finding im slackening off in a BIG way with the raw, just with it being so flippen cold here in Aucks, and smoothies and fruit just dont cut it. I saw a advert in the western leader, advertising for a two Saturdays in a row raw 'cooking' class - just had a number to call, but it was always answer phone, sounded like a private house number kinda thing, so didn't leave a message.
Would you recommend just checking out that ladies courses in the link you posted in your profile? :)

- Hey Matty, thanks for the comments and videos, I actually recently watched the soularian on youtube and i totally agree with you, we don't need that much food to survive, I am a huge fan of fasting, however, I love to exercise and I am really involved in sports and I feel like I perform better with the proper fuel... just need to figure out what that is! thanks again...

Here is another video where a scientist talks about his work sampling ice cores that shows elevated levels of cosmic dust in the polar ice caps. Iridium and gold is at a lot higher in the cores.

I should clarify. I am not vegan, and I eat a very, very, very strict diet (The Body Ecology Diet). If I don't follow this diet, I don't stay this skinny--or healthy. I went on this diet for health reasons; it's the only diet that has really helpe...
