So which is it? :-) I'm not a biologist but neither of...
I find the science of Dr Young highly suspicious. Just because it sounds very scientific doesn't mean that it is. However, his book is what got me started eating better so at least he pointed me in the right direction. :-)
Transitioning takes time, but if you take enough little steps forward then eventually you'll get there.
However, from the looks of what you posted, you should really eat more. A green smootie, one banana, some celery snacks and a salad are not ne...

- Back after a fairly successful period of eating raw last year. Recently, I threw out the cooking plate and the microwave, so there is no more reason to eat anything but lots of greens and fruit. :-)

Back to raw
A few days ago I (finally!) visited GI2MR again after many months of absence. I've been intending to get back with the program for a great while, but never did. Today I sabotaged my cooking equipment, so now I have no choice. :-)
