- About Me:
- In 2009 I started a course on natural medicine and my life started to change. I went from being a barbecue loving meat eater (google "churrascaria" and you'll know what i mean), to a food conscious vegetarian. I have been interested in raw foods for a while now, but only recently took the plunge. I've been raw vegan since 01/26/12 let's see how many more days I can take! lol
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I'm here mostly for inspiration and to be in contact with people doing the same thing. After starting with natural foods, I noticed how difficult it is to find anyone else on the same road or that will support you on it. Thankfully i've got the support of my parents who, although not completely raw, are vegetarian and really try to live the natural style. However, I'd really like to make some raw/vegan/vegetarian friends beyond family...
