I haven't taken any supplements in several months. I'm living on 100% fruit'n'greens, and feel and look amazing. My athletic performance is through the roof, I feel musically inspired, and excited to be alive. I'm also saving hundreds of dollars o...

Hi Mary, I used to juice years ago including wheatgrass but now I find that eating the whole food works better for me. I think juicing for a short period of time if you have digestive disorders and can't deal with the fiber of whole foods is ok. ...

Hi Cam, Yes, I am spending quite a lot; on average about $100 a month. I was especially obsessed with green powders: you know, all those fancy ones like Vitamineral Green, Synergy, E3Live, Green Vibrance, Boku, Field of Greens, Macro Greens, Amazi...

Set all that temporary human melodrama aside and let your eyes stretch over the beautiful geography and you may open yourself to the magnificent energy of the earth around you. Beautiful :)

Hey, thanks for the Blue green info.

Profile Information

About Me:

glitter-graphics.com

I was a vegetarian for many years and raw vegan for one year and now I try to eat at least 80-90% raw every day. I am very health-oriented and want to share info on healthy living with other folks on this awesome site. I have a great respect for people who are health-oriented, who try to eat organic as much as possible, who care about the planet and try to use green products and cosmetics as much as possible. I belive in taking super foods as my daily supplements, such as: Maca, green powders, hemp seeds, Acai and other fruits, herbs, seaweeds, cold pressed organic oils, daily green juicing, etc. I love making raw treats and sweets; and really enjoy collecting raw "cookbooks".
Also, I enjoy finding info on new supplements and latest holistic treatments - I very strongly believe in holistic/alternative health care and wish that the insurance companies were more open minded and covered at least some of the alternative treatments and supplements, not just hard core, traditional treatments and medications that can be so brutal on a human body!

Finn, will it fade over time like most white & pastel color inks? Group tattoo, that's awesome. I like the camaraderie when someone with a misfit tattoo points to mine.

Right. And from what I've seen, it seems as though the variation in dietary needs seems very specific to what a person is healing from, rather than an actual anatomical difference. Whether you're eating raw meat, fermented foods, green juices, or ...

That's why I have always had this twisted idea it would be cool to be like boderline or something, that's so authentic, no norms, no morality, just sick self-absorption and compulsive honest. self-expression I love nihilistic assholes.
