ooohhh, ok, so.... fairly new to this. After a few attempts of eliminating problem foods and attempting a raw food lifestyle, i have miserably failed!! lol, keep falling of that bandwagon, so decided to add to my diet rather than subtract for a while and see how that approach goes. All i need now is just plenty words of encouragement :P
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
i think i could do with gaining a few pounds. any advice on how to achieve this, whether it be food or exercise related would be greatly appreciated. Any help on transition foods also, sugar being my main downfall - cravings can be so bad sometimes, cheers.

yet to discover a favourite recipe..... although i do love pretty much all sweet fruits!
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
i enjoy going out, socializing, movies, occasional tv, reading, love music! i'm a trained dancer - whether i'm actually any good or not is debatable, lol. keeping fit, also love putting on my ipod and just walking, i live in the scottish highlands so the scenery is quite nice so just take a wee stroll in any direction - quite often lose track and end up miles away from home!!! lol. ah well, the exercise is good for me!
