I started for health reasons but as soon as I realized what I was onto it became much more than that: physical, spiritual, sensible, practical, loveable, mental...

Hi Lizz,
I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
