I am interested in recipes on Raw food. I am not 100% Raw and have just started. I would also like to incorporate the PH Diet so that I am more alkaline.

So here it is!
- Raw nuts or nut butter of choice (I prefer almond, wild peanuts or cashews)
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic.... depending on how strong you like it
- decent piece of red hot chili pepper.. again, depending amount on personal taste, I like it spicy ;)
- a bit of Namu Shoyu or Braggs amino acids
- bit of agave nectar
- water
Blitz in the blender!
It is a very easy recipe, that I basically took from my mothers traditional Indonesian recipe, which I grew up on, and just rawformed it. It is amazing over any salad, I love it in combination with avocado and cucumber, it is great as a dip too.
I didn't specify amounts because it depends on how much you want to make, but if you make your own raw foods often, you probably have a feel for how to balance ingredients :)

Im doing better with my diet,feeling much better since stopping the nuts, started having some raw oats or buckwheat groats soaked with some gojis and hemp protein powder and banana which seem to fill me up all morning and i dont want to snack all day. do you have any grains? what do you eat most of? send me a recipe or two if you have, I can send you some of my own.
