Was thrown in the deep-end with a health crisis late 2008, and have gone extreme to beat it: raw, organic, vegan juices! Plus all sorts of new stuff, like yoga, and meditation, etc. Onward and upward from here!
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Moral support. It's nice to be in a community of like-minded people. I'm keen to learn how others break beyond the "rabbit food" trap.
Relationship Status:
Single
Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
JUICED: Beetroot + broccoli + carrot + LOTS of cruciferous vegies + wheatgrass + garlic + superfood powder + protein powder = BRING IT ON!!
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Getting healthy is my #1 focus at present. All good thus far! Interestingly, it's helping me get in touch with my body, which is something I have not done in the years to date.
Favorite Books or Authors:
Into Eckhart Tolle at present. I've been WAY too much in my head, to date!
