Donna Gates in the Body Ecology Diet Book mentions that it's ok if you are having candida. Agave is refined and not as natural and whole as your green apple. I use it too. Yet i like the liquid stevia...

Yeh Paris someday! I would loooove to !!! and you be here. we will climb trees and then go to Bali! There is an awesome raw retreat there i heard for yogis and yoginis! hmm...

Oohh you are French! How adrable! Am Bengali. A wonderful reporter from here spends a lot of his times working in France and he says that Bongs and French are a lot alike. Lovers of wine,gourmet food, poetry, music and beauty, lovers in general. haha!

Yeh soul sistas we must be. cuz I love green juices with coconut water like crazy!. there are coconuts here all over the place and so cheap that you would be guzzling them all day! am MAD over them. currently am yet to fix my juicer. when i had it working which was most of last summer i know how clean and beautiful i felt inside. and if had brought a lot of coconut water home or just had the coconut water fresh from the backyard garden .... it was pure joy. something with coconut water and green juices makes you wanna sing and jump as tho you are in 7th heaven...or just outer space!

no durians here. i have never tasted one!
there are jackfruits in high summer. i completely love them but they have to be ripe in the right kind of way.... They smell lovely.
I wish I could climb coconut trees! : D
we have a few in the garden. this place has a lot of coconut trees actually!

i LOOOVE coconuts! i love they so much... they get me excited like eternal lovers on high chemical charge hahha! no serious. cocos are like raw elixir to me. i have the best days when i have the highets number of coco water. i could have them all day really and wouldnt miss a thing. sun and coconuts and being high... THATS IT!!! Thats LIFE!!!

That sounds like fun.. There is a thing called double dutch where two girls hold two ropes and you have to jump them both at the same time.. maybe you could find a couple of girls to try this with you. It's pretty impressive when you see it..
We liked when they rearranged the letters on the school sign to say nasty things.
