- About Me:
- Change of plans! It seems that life has decided to remove me from my Caribbean getaway and place me back on the main land (Houston, TX). I'll be here for the immediate future building up my fathers business.
I don't consider myself to be a vegan, raw foodist, fruitarian or anything else that would place me into a category. I consider myself to be a person that eats the healthiest food possible. From what I have learned in my journey so far, I believe that food to be fruit.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Moral support, friendship. It's great to be able to share your experiences with others as you walk along the same or similar paths. Helping others as well as being guided by others is great and the best way to achieve your goals.

- Sports, exercise, the outdoors, friends and family, traveling. I enjoy meeting people and doing spontaneous, adventurous things.

Other than fruit sometimes I eat nuts, less and less though. But I still have some random raw vegan, even just vegan, exceptions socially, so it's more like 97% on fruit and nuts last years, I guess.

I was all fruit for a year. Ended in January. 6'0. 24. 150 LB. Blood was perfect. I felt great on the diet except I couldn't gain muscle. I worked out a lot. All fruit. No nuts or veggies. No supplementing. I juiced for a bit but just los...

I used to eat a lot. A papaya, 10 bananas and a few mangos would hold me for about four hours. When I was on it I used to rarely feel tired. I would sleep well and wake up early. Fresh. I didn't have that much physical strength as I could not gain...

- Really interesting to hear, thanks for the update. I had a 2 month period in 2007 where I did a sugar fast and had amazing results. The only issue was once I went back to sweet fruit it was disastrous, took months to regain the ability to eat sweet stuff.
Right now I'm trying low fat low sugar, so I can have the control/clarity and the flexibility.
