And I actually do feel a bit numb and depressed if I get to much sugar from fruits... or maybe it's the acids in some fruits I don't know... but certainly not too much fruit for me!
I am definitely much more balanced the more raw I am. Maybe it's also a matter of getting the essential fatty acids. My moods are much better. I am more naturally confident without being boasty. More naturally happy without being manic. The entire...
I love music, dancing, cooking, any creative activity, I've learned a lot of languages to broaden my horizon and expand my consciousness. At the moment I study Chinese. I am a good witch. I want a life enriched with love and respect for nature. The smell of fresh forest makes me crazy in an awesome way. I believe lack of respect for nature is one of the major problems in our society today. The bible says god put man on earth to rule everything else. I think planet earth is great and beautiful and much wiser than us and if we don't treat it right it will get rid of us like parasites same way any clever organism would. I've been going back and forth between a lot of ways of eating and back and forth between vegetarianism and eating meat and always closely monitoring any reaction in my body. I'm pretty sure that an aim towards raw-foodism is the best for everyone though there might be some good things in eggs or whatever. I think a raw food diet like anything else can be done the right way or the wrong way. If you take a person that eats coconut oil and bananas all day every day and a person who eats rice and beans and vegetables, maybe some chicken or fish... the first one would be a raw foodist, but I think the second one would be healthier. That's why we should always stop and feel instead of relying on rules and dogmas.
But all of us inhere agree that vitamins and minerals and all the other magical stuff in nature that we can eat and enjoy are gorgeous and work wonders. I for one could never go back to eating like I did some years ago, and that's why I'm here. I love this forum. So full of cool, friendly, intelligent people with courage and integrity!
Anyways, I'm the only veggie-worshipper I know in person, so please feel free to get to know me! :)

I don't have any recipes, but I always love what I end up with. I love eating peas just like that. And berries just like that :)

Ciao, Nihao,
Thanks for the friending. What part of China are you going to? Because of censorship I haven't been able to access GTMR until now (I'm in San Francisco).
Be well; create a beautiful day! xx
In simple words, permaculture is about designing for sustainability, it's about working with nature rather than against it, it's about meeting our own needs without making anyone else's life less pleasant, and meeting human needs whilst increasing the planet's fertility. Ultimately, it's about true abundance. do some search and read up on it, it's fascinating stuff!
At the moment, I'm in my hometown, Weifang, it's quite close to Qingdao though. I'll be here for the next few months and working on a new job - teaching a summer school English course. Not sure where I'll end up in the future, but you're welcome to come round and see my city if you do get a chance to visit Qingdao or any other places in Shandong :-D
What do you mean you're a good witch? do you mean that you're psychic or spiritual?
yes my life is awesome too. when you said ur life is awesome, i felt so happy that your living a happy content life, it makes me happy to have happy friends.
oh oh oh ... i really dont know much. its just stuff i picked up and being in connection with a dentist who is nutrition conscious helped.
i can tell you that oil pulling does lighten up stains on teeth. i have had very stubborn stains on my lower teeth. they considerably lighten on oil pulling. many others report the same. would you consider doing it?
also some people swear by the baking soda rub. i havent tried it myself but would definitely like to give it a go. natural baking soda rub has been recommended by many. i have seen positive results on people as well.you can see how they do it at the recommendation in www.TheRawBodyTwin.com.
There have been a lot of threads here on oil pulling and how it is done. you can google natural oil pulling methods as well. i had this german doc's link. am trying to locate it for you. i will post it if i find it, ok?in any case there is plenty of info on how to do this simple process. it is a good thing for detox overall.
i gather you have nothing to lose from oil pulling but more to gain.am impatient by nature and cannot hold the pull for the recommended 35 or more minutes. i know people who do for an hour. well that would be a lot of oil but anyhows. i have seen results on twenty minutes as well. regularity pays. i havent been much high on that either but i have seen n felt my tongue detox and become clearer. i can enjoy tastes of mono fruits or veggies better than ever before. so it is more that the teeth stain i must say :)
Your green tea sounds fantastic.am quite a sucker for good teas :-) But i have never had green stains. only black stains from black tea plus loads of black coffee at one point in life did that too. more than that my front lower teeth are set up in an irregular fashion and so they catch stains faster. one of my problems now is having pomegranates. i stain like anything when i have them :p :p
Sarma is the delightful lady who runs Pure Food & Wine restaurant, the great raw place here in New York City. So, unfortunately for you, it is a bit far from Denmark.
Only because Suvine asked me to.
I have almost no idea what qualifies as soft rock, but if most of the music here is any indication, that's probably because I don't actually like soft rock. For the most part. Does Queen qualify as soft rock? I ha...
I just looked up the Magic Bullet on youtube and it had a ton of bad reviews lol.
I think I'll save up a little more and get a blender/food processor combo. Is 750 watts good? I have one already I got from my Granddad and it's really old and 600 ...
Go Germany! I'm no longer working with The LifeCo & Saf in Muc, or organising events, workshops & talks in Muc, as I am abroad. I still consult clients & can provide your fave superfoods. My RawCacaoLove chocolate can be ordered through me directly.
