So glad to hear that you got the vision and can see it. Honestly you are like 99% of the way there. Once the change happens inside, it cant help but manifest on the outside. I look forward to seeing your transformation!
Most of the dishes are self explanatory. I mean, you can look at them and figure out what is in them. The only thing people may be confused about is the rice looking stuff. That is chyote. You peel it, seed it, cube it and then put in in a food processor. Vola, you have chyote rice!

I'm glad you enjoyed the slide show!
In regards to a juicer recommendation, I cannot make one because I don't use a juicer and don't own one. I have found that whole foods serve me best and allow me to accomplish my goals in life in the most effective and efficient manner.
In regards to the recipes, just let me know which dish you want to make and I will hook you up :)
I am a tropical fruit enthusiast. I am well aware of the many different varieties of mangos and also other fruit's. I have eaten att least 10 different varieties of bananas in the past few weeks. You will love my Miami Fruit Adventure slide show. You can view it from this page: http://healthyoptimist.smugmug.com/
It think you will also enjoy the following teleconference. It covers a bit about juicing.
