RAW FOR 40 Days!
I particularly like to do things for 40 days when deciding on a routine I'd like to practice. This time I'm planning to do a few different things at once, for 40 days. With each level of growth I achieve I sometimes have to step back, assimilate, reaccess and start over. This is how I like to live my life, I like to have flexibility. I quit!
I really think I might need to quit trying to help my mom, and quit coming around even, I think it could be holiday stress, because she gets really stressed about it, but she's always a negative person and I don't like the way she's talking to my daughter and constantly insulting me lately. We were about half way to a plan that she wanted to go through with me helping her, but once we took the first definative step she started being really negative and hasn't let up since. Oh Happy Day!
I have completed my second 1 day fast... this one was much easier than the last. I was lucky that in my last couple hours my mom took my daughter to see family... I had a chance to some very powerful yoga, dance ecstatically and make myself an awesome blended soup and veggie meal, among other personal, spiritual intangible occurances.
