i refrain from spicy foods,not because i dont love the taste,cos they dont treat my bowel and digestion very well..so until my bowel is healed totally again i will refrain from them... my colitis was healed so well for 4 years eating 100% raw vega...

when honey bees are angry they give off a pheromone that smells like ripe bananas when there is an intruder to the hive.....so if you eat really ripe one outside and get attacked, now you know lol!

hmmm.. i love spicy stuff, but for me it aggravates rosacea and my gi tract. unripe fruit tends to cause either constipation or diarrhea, so that would be a good reason to eat ripe :)

Yes they are supposed to interfere with meditation for some practices. If you are into kundalini they actually recommend maca, garlic, and hot peppers to stimulate the body. What kind of practice are you involved in?

No not as soft. I love those. I always get some if I can even if they are not organic. I love it when they are a little crunchy. You can grate them with green mango for a chutney.. You're lucky if you have one!
