Moth, if this is too personal, ignore....but did you do any cleansing (ie enema or colonic) while fasting.? I'm just curious. thanks
i couldn't help but wonder, as you were describing re-feeding as starting all over again-like a baby, that breast milk would probably be the best way to break a water fast like yours...if only.
coconut water is a great substitution though! i wish ...

I’m going to attempt to write a report of my experiences over the past eighteen days. I’m not sure how long this report will be, as trying to summarize that length of time into a few paragraphs, or even a few pages, seems futile. So I will just keep it simple. Seems to work best that way!

tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them.
