I am Personal Food & Fitness Trainer as well as an Aromatherpist. I am also at college studying to become a Naturopath, so going Raw makes total sense to me.
Im not totally raw yet, (waiting for my dehyrdator) but lots of Green drinks and salads.

Ani Phyo would be good, given your ingredients. I like Ani Phyo's Raw Kitchen. Her stuff is very sweet and heavy, though, IMHO.

yup i agree Loren,however i chew my smoothies really well and eat them really slowly....
i love blending especially green smoothies,and you cant surgically remove me from it,i feel amzing...;) so thayar lol
Yeah, never much thought at the time though as it was late at night and had been about 40 degrees here. Oh well. I am so familiar with the way the Engish and Irish talk that I just assume everyone is the same with the kiwis and Aussies.

I had been to London and Portsmouth twice. As far as my favorite cities are concerned, they are London, San Francisco and Mumbai. There are members in this website community and they are into iridology and colonic theraphy.Guess what? Before three days, I had no concept whatsoever of iridology. Now I know what it is all about. See how naive I am into all these!! I had read a lot about colonic cleansing. Is colonic therapy different than hydraulic colon cleansing?
Are you enjoying rainbow? Or double rainbow? Which colors of rainbow attract and entice you? What does rainbow remind you of? How many times have you watched rainbow? The best rainbow I have seen is in Niagara Falls from Canadian side. It is only 3-4 hours drive from where I live, as I live near Canadian border.
