Im very honest and kind and I like people to treat me as good as I treat them. I love nature, family and traveling :) Im also a painter and drawer :)

Protection from evil is good in a pinch (and martial art and combat knowledge can help with that), but I recommend and personally prefer using my intelligence in combination with my (somewhat psychic) sensory perception to avoid being in situations that would require combat skills. Some would say that the best weapon is the mind, and in this case--the case of not having to use a weapon, be it a fist or an object, in the first place--I think that's pretty true.
A good attitude and degree of self-alignment works great for that, too.
Life is so synergistic and non-fragmented and compartmentalised that I guess you could say my approach is to work on completely unrelated areas so that you "win your battles with a sheathed sword" before they even begin.
I get much leverage and benefit from using and approach to life that is holistic and synergistic like that.
But martial art training just for the experience can be fun, too. I hardly remember most of mine. What's important is that you internalise the idea of being able to fight. I have no real-world combat experience, thankfully, but I have little doubt I could do what is needed, one way or the other, if I had to. That brings a degree of peace, but I must say, it's nice to not have to worry about all of that in the first place, since once you've done it enough, it's not really something you can "turn off."
