I blog/vlog about love, life, passion, raw food, health, fitness, weight loss, beauty, organic gardening/edible landscaping, and personal growth. Professionally, I am a Health and Wellness Practitioner offering services in massage, nutrition, detoxification, personal training, yoga, and injury rehabilitation . I am passionate about conscious living, personal growth and empowerment. I am fascinated with human potential.

- yoga...I do power yoga, but I would love to be involved in acro yoga. I guess I need a partner :). I also love nature and being active. I love snowboarding, hiking, surfing, swimming. I started conditioning for gymnastics. I am also learning the guitar. Living simply. I love to read, I love to write as well. I have a huge collection begging to be bound and published. :) I am transforming my front yard into an edible landscape. I have been studying biodynamic gardening. Interior design, landscape design, I would love to create and host raw wellness retreats. My background is in beauty, day spa, massage, yoga, personal training, injury rehab therapy, nutrition and now raw foods... I would love to travel and educate.

Aww...my very first RAW blog!

- About my mom.... had a bad dr. who got her hooked on pain meds - so she's trying for the 3rd time to be through it. But, she's gotten very far this time. It's hard, she's almost to sober living (no longer in the 'rehab' phase) but she isn't given time to workout - and they don't serve healthy food there. It's all junk filled with preservatives and she can't make he own food. so... anyway - she'll soon be in a place where she can prepare her own food... she's SO thrilled about that; she loves my food! She is in pasadena.... are you close?
