Thank-you! I usually use some kind of natural, organic shampoo...umm no specific brand in general. I don't dye my hair, and eat mostly raw vegan, so I think that's what's responsible for my strong, Beeeoooteeful hair. hehe.

Fav winter food? I couldn't say. Just depends on the moment. Lately it's been shredded carrots, bell peppers, and avocado all mixed up in a bowl. YUM!

One of my guitar students just posted a video of her performance (I sat in and backed her up). She's only 11 years old....

what do u eat in the winter?
At 10:24pm on November 26, 2008, Chionodraco Hamatus said…
hmm... im doin it the macrobiotic way when it`s very cold. i cook some Soba noodles and some lentils with Tamari on. Then i make some blanched carrots, daikon, and wakame. yummy:P
Or , maybe i just take some pasta with a good raw- pesto on top. I actually eat much cookes potatoes when it`s cold. I have my own thoughts about raw food in the winter. Im norwegian and i often try to eat mostly in an old norwegian traditional way when it`s cold. It`s hard to get ffresh fruits and vegetables in the winter up here, so that`s my way to do it. I don`t get any problems as long as i don`t eat like that too much in one day. Maybe when i move out, maybe to an other country, it`s easier to be 100% raw the whole winter;)

(sorry , if there it`s any problems with my english:P) hehe

Gym Idol

I started "Gym Idol" three weeks ago at my local gym. It's really cool because it is a neighborhood gym and the girl who owns it came up with Gym Idol. Last year when she was competing for a figure competition every one at our gym kept asking "how do you drop the weight, what is your diet, what exercise do you do?" etc. so she came up with a competition for us. We have pretty much the same guidelines except we win free training and t-shirts and healthy bodies instead of money:}

New Zealand is just more environmentally conscientious than most places. I guess being an island is part of the reason. I loved NZ when I visited.

You could make an avocado chocolate (or carob) mousse but sweeten it with stevia, so you'll only be getting the fat and not the sugar. Or you could make a green smoothie (or a regular, non-fat smoothie) and freeze it into sorbet:-)
