This is kind of unrelated but I really want to say it so here goes,
In the past I also didn't understand that you do have to admit that things happened and grieve, I used to try to not acknowledge that any bad things had happened in my life before...
Gil I am happy you're happy!!! Anyone who walks around with a grin on their face all the time is brightening the world! You seem a little stuck in the details, if we called it something other than the "law" of attraction, would you admit it works?...
I agree. For some reason yoga helps me feel a lot more "humane" so I can be a better human being to others, which isn't a religious thing but it certainly feels spiritual to me, it connects me a little more with myself so I can be better to others...

well I agree with the above poster that legalism vs love, which is how I view religion versus spirituality, are two very different ways of approaching raw food, or anything for that matter.
