I live 3 mins from the Organic Centre!! And I know Gaby well who will give the course. We are raw-comrades down here in the North West!! She is fantastic. I might even see you there on the day. Dublin is much better equipped, even places like Cornucopia though not raw do a huge selection of raw salads and dishes.
