All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...

Are you crazy about coconuts? Do use your own raw coconuts to wash your scarf? Anything you have about coconuts, put her there!
Hi Persephone. My exper. with Chanca Piedra was very low blood sugar plunge. So unsettling and upsetting, but it's the only herb I've had that reaction too. Also the SPA FOOTBATH did the same thing. Now I research things well before taking or usin...

So nice to know a Pinay like me is into raw foods...the only problem is that you're in Saudi Arabia! It would be so nice if we can meet up when you go home. Yes it's very hard to be a raw foodist here in Pinas... But I've been raw for 3 years now and I daresay it's one of the best decisions I've ever made in my entire life even if it's so hard to be one and stay one here. It gets pretty lonely, but being raw is worth all the trouble. I guess you know what I mean.
