I definitely would have to try Kimchi in an ethnic restaurant somehwere here. The desrciption is quite mouth-watering. Plus, you are getting organic kimchi, which is quite to your advantage. You have teaching capabilities for all levels of students, which can sharpen your resume, in case you decide to travel to other countries for further teaching. I am so fascinated to have connected with an English teacher. Do the students have good spoken English skills or are they more studious in written skills? What are your future plans? I was amazed at seeing your pciture with your students. How is the typical weather over there? Have you travelled to North?
You are so fortunate to be near the ocean, waterfalls, mountains and beaches...I would love to see some pics of Jeju island. Frankly, I have hardly seen any pic of South Korean scenieries. Did you have to learn their language too? Do the students there have base of English or are they all entirely new and fresh for English linguistic skills? Which veggies do you normally eat or cook? What's the typical dinner like? Enjoy the time, while you can. You would miss all these time later in your life. How long would you be there? How much time difference compared to, say, New York?
Have a wonderful and relaxing rest of the day.

What insppired you to reside in South Korea? Are North and South Korea very very different? Do you have access to raw foods over there? Do you teach English?
Hey Nicolas,
A short (water) fast will certainly allow your body to heal itself fastest, and I would say is far better than treating the symptom, which may make you feel better, but will almost always interfere with proper healing.
Good luck! Na...
Thanks, that sucks that the cows kick themselves in the gut..like their lives dont suck enough already.
Ive never kicked myself in the gut from grains though, never a tummy ache, unless mixed with processed foods.

So, I ate some (too unripe) pineapple and it "ate" some of me. Sore lips, chapped mouth corners, slightly sensitive/swollen tongue. Anyone know of good remedies for these conditions? Was thinking I should avoid stretching and licking my lips, and ...

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
Banana peach coconut smoothie for breakfast, then
3 Collard wraps with spicy mango salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, sprouts, and sauteed portabello mushroom. Amazing.
Now I'm contemplating dinner. Might treat myself to Que Seraw Seraw in Burlinga...
