I am passionate about life! I have been loving my raw foods journey! I am so happy to be apart of a community of people who are supportive. I guess I spilled some of that out earlier, but I really could go on and on. I am also interested in anything outdoors: Hiking, camping, swimming, nature walks, rock climbing, exploring, etc. yoga, shamanism, learning about others cultures and veiws of living and spirituality, any philosophy, meditation, music, crystals and stones, any kind of art, beautiful etheric music that feeds my soul!, biofeedback, understanding the mind and how to master it, energy grids/sacred spaces, mysticism, remote viewing, enlightenment, chanting/drumming, channeling, clairvoyance/clairaudiance/clairscentience/telepathy, dreams, herbs, alchemy, holodynamics, radionics, ancient cutures, lightworkers- see I told you I could go on and on!!!

i meant yoga practices has less breath rate and less hart beat rate, but while jumping over the rope the heart beat increases and even the breath rate - i don't know
