- About Me:
- I am a single mom who has been eating 85% raw for 1-3 years. When I joined the 100 day Raw Fu challenge I decided I wanted to become 100%. I am not quite there yet but I'd say I am at 90% now. My new goal is to add that extra 10% by the time 2009 rings in. Having pursued this raw lifestyle has really started to change and transform me in ways I never though possible. I am looking forward to being able to attend the Raw Spirit Fest in 2009. Had it been possible I would have gone this year. Raw Food Rocks!

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
