About Me:: I am a new wife and mother of two beautiful identical twin baby boys, (Francis and Xavier.) I transitioned to raw after the birth of my boys. I felt a million times better eating this way in my mind, body and spirit. I am now begining the practice of The Art of Natural Family Planning. I am only about 75-80% raw, but hope to transition to 100% raw someday soon, I still have some food addictions I am working on, caffiene, sugar, etc..I use to have severe depression/anxiety and I am a recovering eating disorder patient. I have never in my life felt free of these bonds until I began eating raw. I still have depression time to time, but it is nothing like it use to be. I have been sober a year and a half and don't know what my life would be like had I not discovered the beauty of what this lifestyle can do.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc): Fitness, moral, transition

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: jicama avacado salad

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: My husband, my two boys, Francis and Xavier. God, animals, UFO's, the cosmos, philosophy, religions, spirituality, poetry, Pro-life movement, and movies.

It would have been a huge job to do on my own as I was a single parent. I would suggest to begin with Montessori schools or Waldorf schools they are amazing organizations and the closest thing to home schooling while still being able to have your child in a healthy social environment !! At 7:38pm on September 21, 2009, rawtim said…: Dear Lindsey, The baby died of a birth defect and the evidence was in the autopsy however the medical examiner through pressure from above was pursuaded into stating the cause of death to be malnourishment on the autopsy but that same examiner was fired after testifying under oath that he wanted to rule natural causes. There is considerable evidence of foulplay and misonduct to say the least without giving away too much of the case on a public forum. I suppose if you had first hand knowledge of the case you would choose to support the innocent and would rather the corrupt system be corrected. It not too late to send in your donation. thank you.

That's was one of the most painful injuries I ever sustained from Roller Derby. But I still love it! You should give it a shot...tons of fun...
