Hi Lindsy!
Fibromyalgia is complicated and can have more than one underlying cause. However, one main cause that is SO often overlooked is hypothyroidism. It's really worth looking into this first, as some experts say that, for a majority of suffe...

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and it's one of the reasons I plunged back into raw foods. When my diet isn't at least high raw, I get fibro symptoms, mainly pain, muscle weakness especially in my hands, and IBS flares up. Raw foods keeps the f...
I am in the process of re-vamping my diet and lifestyle. Have always been very interested in alternative health and detoxification. There doesn't seem to be many like-minded individuals here in Houston! People think I'm a picky eater, but actually I love all kinds of food...I am just conscious of what I put into my body. I think MSG should be illegal. I'm looking forward to being a part of this community!!

i'm based out of MN in the twin cities right now. it's a good place, but an eco-village in hawaii sounds mighty nice right about now. i would imagine there aren't too many people in houston awake to recieve the raw message. but keep with it. you deserve the best in life - and the best is definately what raw has to offer. since you're new here let me know if you have any questions (about raw or whatever else wholistically) - like many people here, i do plenty of strange things in the name of health :)
lol i didn't mean, btw, that worshipping Jesus is not good :) i more meant that, in my opinion, it's his message that should be worshipped and not the unique-being. grand appreciation, though :)
