juice of 2 lemons
1 avocado
a good handful of mint
a good amount of stevia (depending on your tastebuds)
as much spinach you can pack into the blender
enough water to get it to the consistency you want
:)
3 large leaves of kale
pineapple
coconut water
cinnamon
flax powder
ice
It is so simple and heat-eaters dig it too! The kale is just the biggest pick-me-up, makes me wanna climb trees all day. Quite fibrious though, so, yea, be aware.. :)

Hi Lindsay- I saw on Suvine's page that you want to go to Thailand someday- any idea when you might go? How cool would it be to go with a bunch of raw foodists. Seriously everything is so cheap there that the hardest thing to do would be coordinate schedules. You never know, we could always create our own yoga/meditation retreat (vs paying for a formal expensive one on a student budget). just an idea, but i already like the sound of it....

Yeah I totally agree with you about dreams and desires. I go through periods where I have strong desires and cravings to get out into the world and do something, then I have periods where I spend more time observing the simple things around me like the grass flowers etc etc. I think its all about balance and going with the voice inside and doing what feels good to you moment to moment.
Hmmm..... so if 1/3 of New Yorkers are eccentric, the next third and suit and tie guys, and the last third are tourists, I wonder which category I fall into. I gave u the suit and tie and I'm no longer a tourist, so I guess I must be eccentric. But... you know what? I'm cool with that.
neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...
How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...

Yeah really that was just my negative response to Arnold Ehret's book from an emotional standpoint. I just found it lacking in completion. There's good logic in it though.

I'm not going to comment on climate change. But i will comment on carbon trading. Because they can produce such a consciousness of fear out of global warming - they are able to manipulate markets much more severely - and they seem to get away with...
