I am 17 weeks pregnant and I chipped a molar, I am not in pain now but it seems like the kinda thing that might get painful. I really don´t want any anesthesia or medication at all during pregnancy, does anyone have suggestions or natural options ...

I went to school for graphic design as do many people who really want to paint, realized this and now I paint, hope to do it more and more. I love this interesting time we get to witness and create. Day 54 + the coolest class! (no heat involved)

I wrote on my blog about the first Raw Foods class I got to teach last
saturday. And this was an awsome experience for me, but I forgot to
write about my juice feast! It is all going great as usual, I did a
mini-fast-within-the-feast of 4 days of just grapefruit juice to get

- Hola Linda! I just read your MyWay article and was thrilled to hear of another raw foodie aqui en Mexico. I am waiting eagerly for the upcoming mango season. We are in the process of translating a Raw Foods FAQ into Spanish for the locals who've expressed an interest. I'd love to send it to you when it's done to get your opinion if you like.

I joined this program a few months ago and it includes a pass to see him in Costa Mesa, California (near Los Angeles, the City of Angels thankfully)...
I have seen gitmr peeps drinking raw vodka and smoking raw pot whatever that is.
I think it tastes bad. I have put it in guac and that was gross and I tried drinking it mixed in water...same. Does anyone here use it and if so how.
