Have you tried monomealing? Can you? It may help you lose weight easily. Don't quit eating. I mean of course you can do a fast, but you'd be better off just learning what your body (not your thoughts) like by monomealing. Then you will more easily...

What if I were to make dandelion tea? What would the benefits be? I was going to set it out in the sun to dry out and then steep them.

I fell off big time

Yea, I fell off for about an entire day. I was knocked out for about 4 hours though. What should I do to help get back on? I was thinking lots of water (not exclusively, and with lemon) to help flush. Is there anything else I should do?

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.
