I started reading about 80/10/10 and tried that. I have not had much success with that. I've gained 20 pounds. I was high fruit all day but couldn't stay away from the fats at night. I sabotaged myself.
I really can't remember exactly what I used to eat when I started this journey.
I can't stop thinking fruit,fruit,fruit.

Hey there!
my babies are not raw yet. some like raw liver but one is really a vegetarian and another very old has milk and some lightly cooked food. yeah raw would be good but i would be slow to transition them.

your babies are exceptionally healthy. that is soo cool that one of your cats begs for fruits. way nice! :)

Hey, I for you think you cat looks beautiful. My cat is the same color with the lovely dappling. I wouldn't worry about rude things said certain places. Many people are on edge here it seems and saying things that aren't productive. Hope the nut mylks are going well for you. Have you tried hemp? I like to have it in the morning with raw sprouted buckwheat "cereal".

Glad I could help!

Yeah, I lived in AZ for 10 years or so... basically from there, since I'm only 24 :)

There's actually a really nice place to hike in North East Scottsdale, in the Mcdowell mountains... if you want directions let me know...it's super accessible and gets you into the wild quick!
