Hi. I like your choice of music for the short yoga demonstration...those are some skills there. I also live in the boston area not too far from commonwealth ave. I also would like to ask where you buy your produce. I've been to the farmers market by harvard, but it's kind of small. It seems there are plenty of markets but they are all pretty far away, but maybe they are all small. I'm from west coast, so not used to the tiny farmers markets. I wonder if that Coop called Harvest something (i think it's on western ave) is worth going to? I'm not into shopping at whole foods b/c the produce isn't all that fresh. have a great day

nameste, Lauren!

Love your Video, save for the 'Binding', I can Tell, it will Be the Last Barrier in My Yoga Practice!
I am Going, soon to Australia- to Train some Teachers- in my Style, as a Aquatherpist, who Uses allot of Yoga/Tai Chi, and, Pilattes.
Then I am Going to Ashram in India- still 'Waiting' for the Universe to Point the Best one , for me, Out! I want to spend at Least 6-Months -Up to a Year, in India, Learning Sanskrit...
They Say, one is Never the Same, after Going to India- it 'Alters Your Entire Life in the Ways that You Think & Move!
Was that an 'Up/Down Dog?'...
You Should Definitely 'Teach', You have the Ability's! Yoga 'Taught' me to Do what I Feared the 'Most', and, since I am very average in my Fear of Public Speaking, I began Teaching, for 7-Yrs., at the "Y", and, almost 10-with the City!
I want to Build a Yoga Studio, utilizing the above 'Blends'...
It's 'ALL' about 'Paying it Forward'!
And, as my Fave Yoga Teacher says, (She's a Physiotherapist too), 'All Yoga is Restorative'...
Keep up the Great Practice you have Going fro You!!!
om shanti,

pete

Sure, too much fat is bad for the liver. But fat isn't per se bad for the liver, is it? Not only in 811 but also other people say to limit the fat but maybe raw plant fat helps to flush out some stuff out of the liver? When you've been on a fat fr...

Think more systematically. Instead of thinking of it meaning a problem like 'weak liver' it may mean, time to fast. Think of it as more like youre body is undergoing a load of eliminating stuff all at once. (and in this case perhaps, too fast(this...
