Hi. I like your choice of music for the short yoga demonstration...those are some skills there. I also live in the boston area not too far from commonwealth ave. I also would like to ask where you buy your produce. I've been to the farmers market by harvard, but it's kind of small. It seems there are plenty of markets but they are all pretty far away, but maybe they are all small. I'm from west coast, so not used to the tiny farmers markets. I wonder if that Coop called Harvest something (i think it's on western ave) is worth going to? I'm not into shopping at whole foods b/c the produce isn't all that fresh. have a great day

I want to Build a Yoga Studio, utilizing the above 'Blends'...
It's 'ALL' about 'Paying it Forward'!
And, as my Fave Yoga Teacher says, (She's a Physiotherapist too), 'All Yoga is Restorative'...
