Actually, I have been 80% raw for the past two months (50% for the two years prior to that) and have gone through quite a bit of detoxing. Although I wouldn't say I know everything about detoxing, I have learned a lot from books and from my own body. Now I am not so concerned about whether or not I can handle the detoxing, but more whether or not I can handle the temptations and prepare correctly. Until now I let the 20% cooked food be salad dressing or an occasions piece of sprouted bread or a drink with a friend at a local bar. I might miss that or be in a situation where I at a loss for alternatives. But, my friends know and support me so they too are trying to make changes, some of them are trying to go raw for a few days here and there too. I am most curious on what changes I will see going from 80% raw to 100%.
