Wow, that sounds like a lot of food, even for me. :) I guess if you count what goes into juices and smoothies, though, it's about right. Thanks for the info.

Profile Information

About Me:
I'm an author, Life Coach, Medical Intuitive, and Reiki Master Teacher who loves eating and teaching about raw food--particularly the spiritual, energetic and emotional transitions going raw affords. I've been vegan since 2003 and involved in a high raw/100% raw lifestyle since late 2004.

Time sure flies when you're raw! It really doesn't seem like almost 4 years. Recently, while writing "The Lazy Raw Foodist's Guide," I realized that I actually started my life coaching practice by offering raw food coaching since 2005. I'd offered medical intuitive sessions since 2001, but the coaching began with raw. My very first article appeared in a vegan magazine in early 2004, so when I look at my life now, I guess raw vegan foods have made quite an impact!

Hi Laura,

I've just watched your videos on synchronicity, intuition and intentions... Thanks for sharing! I'm always very excited to hear anything that is related to these topics as well as noticing synchronicities in my own life :)
Are there any related recourses that you could suggest to check out?

Love,
Erika

Yeah basically the most powerful way to protect yourself against cancer is by reducing the amount of meat you eat per day to less than three ounces or eliminating meat all-together.

I don't believe that well-adjusted adult humans kill for fun, but children most certainly will. We are not born with an understanding of the concept of death. We're not even the only animals who do kill for enjoyment. I think the "play" aspect like…
