I cant find any Jicamas here, so I had mine with "mashed potatoes" (cauli) and peas
I love this recipe. Ive been vegan for years and have had no desire to eat any animal flesh, but these taste great and may help peeps come off fleshy fish : )

It is actually like a mexican potato and It kind of have sweet taste to it.
More like a regular potato in texture.

I also closed down my RAW Restaurant/Cafe so I know what you are going through, don't worry there are many ways to promote RAW that are much easier and better the Restaurant biz is so super hard!!! Websites and teaching classes and selling or re-selling products is much easier and empowers people too. Besides no one is eating at restaurants with the current economic conditions but everyone is buying my books/dvds/knives and sales are up because of it, because people are saving time and money! Many other raw websites, restaurants, stores are carrying my products too!:D
