- Before you know it - he'll be making YOU green juices and such ! LOL!! hey my Bo lost 30 pounds by going raw and he was a total meat man ! He still marvels that he eats all veggies and has so much energy! So YES! I'm in the city usually a couple of times a week .... so let's hang out !! tonight it's a surfing meeting! I was bit by the surfing bug in Mexico !! Its amazing - ever do it ? Its all about surrender for me - makes you realize you REALLY AIN"T IN CHARGE! You can;t think too much - (which I normally do) so when the wave comes you gotta go!! And hey - thanks to you - I have been smiling at myself in mirror and it so WORKS - even now I just got a big SMILE on my face! Just because !

Rachel Rose said… - Yep, the beau actually ate tons of raw since the potluck- he LOVES the kale salad, apple pie (more like apple date rolls), date almond rolls, sorbet, fresh fruit with agave raisins and almonds... Today he ate 80% raw, 95% vegan and didn't even notice-- yes, I was feeding him. I am trying to be 95% raw, 100% vegan. It's not hard at all for me, except at my 10 year high school reunion Saturday night- ate celery and olives then attack the chocolate fountain with bananas and pineapple. That fountain was sooooo not raw, or vegan!!! But seriously, whoever invented the chocolate fountain had heaven in mind. Now who's gonna creat a raw chocolate fountain for us????? LOL!! Thanks for bringing your awesome energy to the party! You are electric- so kind, sincere, fun, and open. And such a great listener too. Lets hang out sometime soon- are you ever in the city?

Hahaha... good question! I suppose we (my friend and I who shared it) felt like that was the theme of the weekend! Everyone was high off life and sharing so much love with everyone... a platonic love that is- very pure! :)
