- I am a multi-media artist and writer. My daughter introduced me to the raw food alternative and I like the way I feel when I eat raw. My dog, Gypsy isn't completely raw but she loves carrots and apples. So far I have only tried a few recipes, but the ones I have tried have been quite good.

- Arts and crafts as I've said before, I'm very interested in learning more about artists retreats and communes , so I am researching them especially mult-cultural societies. I find these very fascinating. I am also very interested in those who have watched, learned and applied the secret. How have you changed your life because of the Secret?

- reading craft books like a fiend, the secret, fearless living, and anything by Holly Black or Sherrilyn Kenyon I find addicting.

My package got here today! Yeah! I have not looked in it yet, I will have to do it when I am done with work. Well, your baby met a lot of competition out here...a lot of fit black women walking around acting like their crap does not stink! Yikes!!! Anyway, these local people here stare at you really hard...and I mean really hard...I have not had any of their cooked food...but I try to eat as much fruit as I can. Apparently they do not know what other greens look like so the salad bar only has lettuce, cheese, olives (both black and green), carrots, cucumbers, ect. So I have to work with what I have. There is a ton of hard candy and cookies in my office, the dude I work with is thin and never works out...but can eat whatever he wants so it is rough...I stuck up some pictures from magazines on my wall for some extra motivation...cus I feel like the biggest chick out here! I do hope my body starts going where I need it to soon...because the hot weather is no joke! I love you guys...please let the big baby know that I love him and hope that his procedure went well. Did he let that lady in the house? His new wife...I told you about her.
Have you been a real crafty one lately? I haven't had much time to get crafty. I am usually exhausted at the end of the day from making so much food. I want to get that book the new earth by Tolle. My friend was telling me about it and something that Oprah is doing with it as well. Take Care, Jen
Also, I made a beautiful Amber necklace today. Variegated opaque chips knotted on brown silk. I suspended a 40mm yellow Peruvian Opal in the center (surrounded by Amber) that I cinched together with gold wire, and wrapped on some Austrian crystals. Made me so happy.
