- I love going to raw food retreats and making new friends in the raw world. My favorite teachers in the raw movement are David Wolfe and Gabriel Cousins. I have found that a balance between there two teachings is what works best for me.

don't agree with the whole raw food creating a damp environment thing because of the wildly different effects of different raw foods. i've found candida to respond to 100% raw, several different approaches.

Thanks hun. I can't wait for Eden. Ohh, our first flight together too, haha. Yummy food, sun, pools, mud baths, smoothies, rattle snakes, sweatlodge and enjoying our tent. Its gonna be a delight for sure!
