welcome to the community! You seem like a wonderful spirit. "raw" does so many wonderful things for my mind and spirit I love hearing about everyone else's experience with it.
I have been living a Raw Vegan Lifestyle since Jan 9th 2009. I am so excited at all of the amazing changes I have experienced. I started out doing it for health reasons, but I have had wonderful side effects I wasn't expecting! I am finding that not only am I experiencing physical transformation, but also my way of thinking is more clear and shifting, and spiritually I am so much more connected to everything. It is a beautiful journey, and I feel so blessed to be going in such a positive direction. Physically, mentally and spiritually.
I have released 45 Lbs of weight so far being on the Raw Vegan Diet.
You can check out my blog as I have kept a log of the wonderful improvements I have experienced so far along my way on this adventure back to health.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I want to meet some like minded people and make new good quality friends. I would love to get support through my lifestyle transition to a healthier me, and also give support to anyone who needs it.

Yes, I believe two out of the four pineapples I've had the last several months have been alright with me, after having let them "ripen" for some days. The one that turned out the best was one I stored in a bag of ripening bananas. I did the same t...
