I have been through almost the EXACT thing as you...I used to be a dancer, and I developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot because of overwork...and i'm sure it had a lot to do with my high arches too. I'm not a doc but I'm pretty sure people w...
I understand completely with the whole career anxiety thing. I am in the same boat. I would absolutely love to go back to school for a masters degree, but I can't afford the debt because I would be going into a lower-paying career. Isn't it sad th...
Interesting topic. I usually drink bottled water or filtered water. I hate drinking tap water...People think I'm crazy that I can taste the difference between bottled, tap, filtered, but I really can. Bottled usually tastes the best to me.

I think, if I were you, I would continue using it. Unfortunately, everytime I have had vitamineral green I have become very ill. Anyone know what might cause that?
Hi Kelly, I too have been lurking here for a while but have just introduced.
Great to hear you have found your own alternative to western medicine and doing your own research rather than just doing the norm!
i couldnt tell you if everything is 100% as it was before,
but if that was me i would in no circumstances stop using it ;)
i dont think you need to worry about it :)
So the other day I was running late meeting up with some friends. I made myself a drink with Vitamineral green and I accidentally left the lid off of the container. It was off for about 8-10 hours before I returned home and noticed...I know a lot ...
Victoria, I just want to let you know you are doing a GREAT job in finding information for your daughter. She is really lucky to have a mother like you who is really on her side...I dealt with severe anxiety and I got absolutely no support from an...
Hey Kelly,
Totally awesome to find someone else from Buffalo who believes in a live plant-based foods lifestyle. As you know, people our age who eat this way are few and far between in Buffalo! I organize for the Buffalo Raw Food Meetup group (http://www.meetup.com/The-Buffalo-Raw-Food-Meetup-Group/). I started it back in January and it has really picked up steam. You should definitely check it out - you seem really cool, I would love to meet you :) Where did you go to school? How is the job search going? I would also love to move out west in the not-so-distant future. It seems Portland or Seattle are the places to be!

I would love to move to NYC. Love its sounds and sights.Which languages are you interested in? What motivates you to learn other languages? You sure a multi-linguistcic friend of mine. If I need help with Spanish, you are the person to go. You could post your dance pictures. Meditation and piano..what a great combination! While meditating, you can mentally play piano, and then you don't need Deepak Chopra's CD to be played while meditating!!
Thank you for befriending me, Kelly. I love hummus too. I recently read interesting facts about origin, cultural aspects and meanings behind different recipes surrounding hummus. I also dream of moving to the west or if it is in the east, it has to be NY, as I love NY. What about you? What you majoring in?
I know, isn't it awful that we had to go through what we did? I told my doctor that I was going raw and she advised against it...true story. Told her she didn't have to believe in my ideas, but I needed her support, because I believed that I would get better.
Kelly, I am so happy for you. I will be working for the next few nights, but we can email when we get a chance.
Wow you RAWCK Kelly! Yup my raw recipes are actually very simple, basic but totally RAWlicious and fun so glad you will give it a try, it will RAWCK your World! :o)

About Me:
I am 22 years old, graduating college, and looking forward to starting a new chapter in my life! Currently living in Buffalo, NY (not quite the best area for this type of lifestyle!) and making the most of it, although my dream is to move out west someday.
I have slowly been transitioning towards a healthier lifestyle for the past 2 years. Health issues that western medicine could not solve led me to research a more holistic approach...I am currently eating a high-raw vegan diet, and loving the all-natural lifestyle. So far I am feeling great! I have come a long, long way. I am still relatively new to raw, and I'm always interested in learning more, which is why I feel that this community will really benefit me :)
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Friendship, transition advice, moral support, RECIPES!

I have been jumping over rope for the past few days, it feels so good, almost every part in the body moves and it gives a lot of flexibility, it's even helping me to do some yoga asanas much better than before.
