discountjuicers.com has pretty cheap sheets. I've used it all and for ease of use, longevity and just overall usefulness, I'd get the teflex (paraflex whatever) sheets online and do it right.

do you need to oil the paper to prevent it sticking or anything like that? I used baking paper once and ended up with bits of paper on the bottom of my crackers.

teflex is teflon... I use unbleached parchment paper
