- I became a raw food guy after I read the book "The Cure" by Dr. Timothy Brantley. He really opened my eyes about the food I was eating and the food I should have been eating. Needless to say since I went Raw I have lost 15 lbs and 2 waiste sizes so I am pretty happy about it.

Sauce Recipe:
2 tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sun dried tomato's
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic
dash of salt

I'm serious, just go to the grocery store, buy all kinds of celery, kale, cucumbers, carrots, and whatever else you want, and juice is all and only drink juices for as long as you can!

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
Mountain rose herbs has the green leaf stevia powder in bulk for a very good price.
