- I like raw food and I like including as much as I can of it in my diet but have decided to try not to worry too much about percentages... It's definitely better that what I would eat if I wasn't raw conscious!

- Seeing and spending time with friends, going to the gym, working, studying at college (in the hopes of going to university to be a nutritionist) Yoga, all aspects of health and nutrition

- I'm not really that big on books, have read a lot on the internet but my first raw book was Detox your World by Shazzie and that will always have a special place in my heart!

There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually.
All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...

Funny you should ask that, but I am trying to sort out getting some nut butters in the shop soon... Watch this space as they say!
