I've been a little slacker lately because my favorite cruciferous veggies & anything with sulfur in it are triggering my crazy cluster headaches right now during this first month of Summer. It sucks. I'm working on a food combination that will hopefully offset sulfur's effects (I hear foods w/a higher level of fat AND vegetables w/a higher level of salt ought to help).
