Thanks for the comment! ahh, yes, Bikram Yoga. Nothing beats that feeling after the class is over. I leave for training in 2 weeks from today for 2 classes per day, 6 days a week. Ouch! :-)

Hollaaaaaa! I used to be at De Anza, now I'm at SJSU for a philosophy major. But I'm gonna be back this fall to take comprehensive musicianship. De Anza has a KICK ASS music program, I miss it.

I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...
I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
