I think it may be time to end my 80/10/10 experiment.
I've been eating this way for a year now. I haven't been 100% strict with it, but were talking 90% compliance with some healthy cheating and not everyday. Always a case of eating fruit all day, green smoothies, and then if I did decide to cheat, it was a cooked low fat meal of steamed veggies.
