I recommend looking up the Boutenko family for green smoothies. They have a few videos on youtube. Victoria Boutenko wrote Green for Life which is all about the green smoothies! When I first went raw I did a lot of research on youtube. There are heaps of great raw videos there. Juicefeasting.com should have some good info about green juices for you.

Hi Karyn. If you are juicing you can use the whole apple, but if you are making a smoothie I would chop the core out. One of my favourite easy and cheap green smoothies id frozen banana, tangelo or orange and spinach. Also nice with a bit of mint or dessicated coconut. Spinach in the green smoothies is very mild and creamy. Kale is good too but a bit stronger tasting.

Oops looks like I didn't post my blog properly - here it is

Hi, thanks for your kind words. I hope people are going to be open to embracing my business ideas too.. as the early signs of change in consumer habits is certainly emerging. I'd be humbled to run my business ideas past you some time. It sounds like you've got a fair bit of business success under your belt!
Take care

Hi KJ

Thanks for the reply. I studied an Advanced Diploma under Roger Saxelby "Alpha Hypnosis Training" and was even on one of the NZ Hypnotherapy Federation Committees but now i am only a part-timer as i need a good steady income that is regular to pay the mortgage etc.
I did an intro to NLP weekend but one day i will do more study whe time and money allows.

Cheers

Yeah, never much thought at the time though as it was late at night and had been about 40 degrees here. Oh well. I am so familiar with the way the Engish and Irish talk that I just assume everyone is the same with the kiwis and Aussies.

RGG, the belly-centered symptoms that most people (mistakenly) call hunger usually pass within 2-3 days. Your body is not hungry while fasting because it gets all of its needs met from its own reserves.

Another way to think about this is that "frugivore" is a word used by scientists to describe any animal that eats a fruit-based diet (including virtually all of the anthropoid primates). "Frugivore" has an accepted scientific definition. "Fruitari...

Hi Priyam and RGG, Even blending them is a big step down in quality from eating them whole, for a number of reasons. The pre-chewing argument -- often heard -- doesn't really carry much weight as the benefit of chewing in the mouth is that any re...

Try this. I found out about it when I worked at Jubbs longevity. There is absolutely no aftertaste and a bottle lasts forever. I've been using it for years. Lucky Vitamin has amazing prices on many things too. http://www.luckyvitamin.com/item/ite...
