LONDON RAW

Has anyone been here? www.inspiralled.net Anyone who can give some feedback on this place? Looks so great!

Started Nov 11

Bill passed in House that said if we dont get health care we go to jail

Every where should have free healthcare! We have it in Norway, and it´s crazy to think it can be as unjust over in the USA....I hope Obama will solve it like he promised!

Heia,

XoXo,
Kristina.

You're very much welcome! I always enjoy the exchange :-)

Btw, I love that version of "Running Up That Hill" you have on your page. Very somber, and really captures the mood of the original, even though it's so different from it.

Peep peep! Nice show! :-)

wakame is lovely...yup the centre stems are very chewy....
November 9
I´m going to order the wakame and Arame + some untoasted Nori sheets ; ) It should have me on a good start! Thanks so much for all advice ; D
November 9
I did some searching and wakame is what is used in seaweed salad (goma wakame). You'll want to soak it and cut it into thin strips (don't use the center stem- too tough!).
November 9
thanks so much!

Thank you Thundera ; D

Nice, but no, I´m not refering to Nori sheets ; ) I use those allready. I´m after actual seaweed for salads. It comes in thin strips, and is very dark green/bleck when dried. I vibrant green when soaked. Thanks for your tip though, sounds lovely! ; )
November 9
i do i love it....especially nori rolls, and i do like dulse leaf occasionally when im drawn to it..
November 9
i do the same Pink lady...i always lay down a leaf or 2 or lettuce before filling up the nori, and i always over fill it its funny

Hey Nicolas, A short (water) fast will certainly allow your body to heal itself fastest, and I would say is far better than treating the symptom, which may make you feel better, but will almost always interfere with proper healing. Good luck! Na...

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
