Also making amazing foods with truly Raw CACAO that I harvest when I am in tropical lands like Hawaii or Panama or .. who knows where else this year. Aloe Vera is also taking my attention. A whole leaf a day does wonders. Also into writing, producing, performing .. on all levels .. ALCHEMY ... turning base things into GOLD .. on all levels. Docs, shorts, indie films and more.

What is it we are suppose to do this day ... what is this day really about ??
What is this TIME really about? Does it even exist .... 2,009 years ago .. what are we using as the start point
of this 2,009 years ago. The birth of the baby Jesus that we did not know what Jesus until .. when ??
And then we start a whole calendar around him? Who did this? Jesus perhaps .. or one of the 12 maybe ??

I have a NEW DEALER .. and she is fantastic .. Disa is THE DEALER of choice when it comes to KALE
so here is the deal
I have a new "kale" dealer and she is hooking me up with the best fresh organic kale on the planet and it is WOW great and we are in the middle of KALE SEASON too ...
Disa is amazing . lovely sweet, helpful and EVERYONE needs to contact her and make her YOUR organic greens dealer in the LA / OC area ...

I picked up 8 bunches of kale yesterday
4 are already GONE today

1,000% RAW - see inside for details.
Going to bed now -
and for the next 8 to 10 hours I will be
1,000% RAW. Totally. YES.
Perfection.
AND will be fasting too.
An EIGHT hour fast. Maybe longer if I am feeling up to it.
AND if I eat an apple and drink a glass of water until say .... 2 pm
then I will maintain my 1,000% raw status for 12 hours .. in a ROW !!!
Good Night my loved ones,

- Typical in > hold > out cycle is 60 seconds or so with some cheating at times.. so 50 or so. Dont really measure it as 20>20>20. Just close my eyes, sit in Vajrasana & go as slow as possible.
Probably not for 30 mins but I think long enough. I do 8 > 8 > 6 as per our pranayama practise = 22. Close.
Then do mudra pranayams in sukhasana later for similar. I guess I am getting 30 mins in ballpark.
All this is much easier due to the right guidance & Guru.
PS: I got thrown into this due to 2 months of Insomnia (1 to 1.5 hrs of sleep for 2 months.. was extreme)
